Hi Friends! Spring has sprung! In nature, this is a time for re-birth, super blooms, and new growth! The same can be said for the birth of our bold, interactive, and fun digital home – aka, www.praxis-ai.com.
Today, I want to share our journey with you. It was a long, exhausting winter … but definitely worth it in the end. The story began with a simple mission:
To provide a digital home for engaging with our customers, partners, sponsors, and students.
Praxis AI has always had big, audacious plans to revolutionize learning and research, and our new website needed to embody that vision.
When we embarked on this ambitious journey, we knew that our appetite for creativity, content, and interaction was sky high. We wanted a website that would not only be visually stunning but also push the boundaries of what a digital entertainment platform could be. Enter We Rock DM – our partners in bringing this vision to life!
In this article, we will explore the four main pillars of our experience:

Like every great journey, this story begins with a single step.
At Praxis AI, we’re committed to addressing global challenges like climate change, inequality in education, cancer, hunger, cultural resilience, and digital transformation. Our solutions empower underserved students with experiential online science education and data-intensive research. Through digital credentials, employment assistance, “Pria” (an AI mentor), and the Praxis LXP platform, we believe that we can achieve sustained personal and global change.
Our goal with this project was to create an online space that reflects our broad-reaching mission and brings our company motto, “Transform Yourself. Change the World,” to life. Knowing that our appetite for creativity, content, and interaction was sky-high, we sought a website that would be visually stunning while pushing the boundaries of what a digital learning platform could be.
One of our main objectives was to visually communicate how our offerings work together to accomplish the Praxis AI mission statement. We started by crafting a “story” in the hero animation, prioritizing simplicity and accessibility while incorporating creative design elements. We strategically placed fun features like a changing text carousel to make the website easy to navigate and understand. That’s where our amazing partner, We Rock DM, stepped in to help bring our vision to life!
We Rock DM, a digital marketing and website design firm, is known for its unmatched creativity and visual talents. From day one, they understood our mission and shared our passion for innovation. They took our lofty expectations and turned them into a groundbreaking digital experience that exceeded even our wildest dreams.
Next, we turned our collective attention to the digital innovation required to bring our creative vision to life. We started with the Lottie animation technique to create visually appealing and interactive animations that convey our messaging in a captivating way. Lottie animations are lightweight and easily integrated into our design, ensuring fast loading speeds and immediate visitor engagement – a must in today’s world of ever-shortening attention spans!
Furthermore, our commitment to accessibility is evident throughout the website. We made sure it meets the requirements of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and AA accessibility compliance standards. Our standout accessibility widget provides users with a range of options to customize their experience, catering to visual, hearing, and motor preferences.
To effectively present our synergistic solutions, we employed a caterpillar metaphor – one segment for each solution. This design strategy ensures overall simplicity and accessibility while allowing users to explore how the student transforms into a butterfly and helps change the world!
We also emphasized interconnectivity, linking courses to credentials to careers. This approach allows prospective clients to delve into the depth of our solutions and connect with specific subject matter (e.g., data sciences, biosciences). To fuel this life-changing journey, we included hotspots for our AI-powered LXP platform and success stories featuring our AI-powered mentor, “Pria.”
Perhaps most impressively, We Rock DM optimized our website’s performance metrics despite the multitude of animations and interactive features. This is no small feat – balancing layout, variety, visual interest, and load performance is notoriously challenging. Yet, they somehow managed to make every page look unique and captivating, without compromising on speed and responsiveness.

Throughout this creative adventure, the passion and dedication of both teams were evident in every aspect of the website – from the intricate details to the overall user experience. Praxis AI designers, We Rock DM developers, and everyone in between were always eager to explore new ideas, push boundaries, and find innovative solutions to the challenges we faced. We couldn’t be prouder of our collaboration and the result: a truly unique, fun, and engaging digital home that embodies our mission to transform individuals and change the world.

Given our high expectations, we pushed the envelope with the quantity and diversity of content and images, ensuring that every page of our website looks unique and engaging. Balancing layout, variety, visual interest, and load performance is no easy feat, but we managed to pull it off with flying colors. One piece of advice: pay close attention to the file size of images – they can slow down your website dramatically. Also, caching is very helpful.
