The Power of Learning to Digitally Transform a Nation

The world’s largest IT expo (GITEX Global) kicked off in grand style with a visit from HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. His Highness visited several technology booths and stopped at Avaya to explore the power of learning and digital skills to transform his Nation.

This year marks a milestone for the United Arab Emirates as they celebrate 50 years of independence and look to the next half-century of strength and prosperity. His Highness has set the ambitious goal to digitally transform the UAE workforce through reskilling, upskilling, and personalized digital learning plans.

Imagine the power of skills gap analysis, experiential learning, AI-power curation and assessment, gamification, and analytics in helping bring this dream to life.
